Default Brand is looking for a Family Support Navigator based in Wisconsin to provide support for mental health and substance use services. The role includes initial patient screenings, care coordination, and community outreach activities.

An ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related fields, and have experience in behavioral health settings. Full-time positions offer a flexible schedule with competitive pay rates between $22-$27/hour.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in behavioral health and/or inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Experience working in the mental health/substance use field.
• Bi-lingual/Multi-lingual applications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support access to mental health, substance use, and co-occurring treatment services.
• Assist patients with intake paperwork and ensure proper forms are completed.
• Coordinate patient transportation services as needed.
