Job summary

Easter Seals North Georgia seeks a Family Support Advocate at Premier Academy in Atlanta, GA. You will assist families to identify and attain goals through the Family Partnership Agreement and help families access needed services while supporting center operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field, strong communication, and the ability to travel between centers for home visits, including some weekend/evening work.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Psychology or Sociology).
• Ability to manage cases and coordinate services for families.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist families to identify and attain goals via the Family Partnership Agreement.

• Collaborate with the Center Manager to achieve effective center operation.
