The Easter Seals North Georgia is seeking a Family Support Advocate in Atlanta, GA to assist families in identifying and attaining goals through the Family Partnership Agreement. This full-time, day shift role focuses on connecting families with needed services and supporting center operations.

Under the Center Manager's direction, you will collaborate with families to plan and access resources, conduct home visits, and coordinate with community service agencies to ensure timely support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Family Services, Psychology, or Sociology.
• Knowledge of case management principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel between center locations and make home visits.

Responsabilités
