Easter Seals NorthGeorgia is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support the Center Manager in running a center-based program compliant with Head Start Performance Standards and NAEYC guidelines. The role emphasizes mentoring staff, curriculum implementation, and ongoing staff development.

In this position you will observe classrooms, coach teachers, participate in parent meetings, and help ensure program health, safety, and quality assurance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Early Childhood Education.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and coach teaching staff to implement established curricula.
• Provide training and feedback on developmentally appropriate practices through daily observations.
• Assist Center Manager in daily operations and center-wide initiatives.
• Lead regular staff meetings and participate in parent meetings to align goals.
• Ensure health, safety, and record-keeping policies are followed.
