Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 1–3 years of successful work experience in human services, social work, community public health, family support, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct participant intakes, maintain professional case notes, provide case management, and coordinate referrals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for MFCC support, including financial assistance, resource navigation, and referrals.
• Conduct intakes, assess family needs, identify goals and services.
• Provide case management, follow-up, referrals, and access to resources.
• Coordinate MFCC programs and community resources; manage day-to-day operations of Hardship Assistance.
