VARIETY CARE INC in Oklahoma City is looking for a Family Support Provider to advocate for families, link them with community resources, and support crisis planning. This position involves significant community-based work outside of NorthCare offices, providing services in various settings, including clients' homes.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, lived experience, and certification requirements to be completed shortly after hiring. Proficiency in MS Word and effective communication skills are necessary for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Must obtain ODMHSAS Family Support Provider certification within 60 days of hire.
• Proficiency in MS Word and basic computer skills required.
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory.
