Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, or a related field preferred.
• One to two years of experience in home visiting, parenting education, family support, infant/toddler development, or related services preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple families and priorities.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; Office 365 and SharePoint experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a supportive team.
• Flexibility to meet families where they are, including home visits and transportation assistance when appropriate.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, acceptable driving record, and required automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build Meaningful Relationships: Conduct regular home visits using the Healthy Families America model and develop strengths-based relationships.
• Empower Families: Provide parenting education, child development information, and family support; help families create goals and plans.
• Collaborate with Partners: Partner with medical providers, schools, and community organizations to ensure coordinated support; maintain documentation.
