As a Family Support / In-Home Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide individualized, person-centered support to children and adults in their homes and community settings. Services are guided by each individual’s Person-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP) and focus on building independence, daily living skills, and community integration.
Family Support DSPs help individuals remain in their homes while building independence and life skills. These services are a key part of Indiana’s Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver, which prioritizes independence, inclusion, and person-centered outcomes.

High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience in caregiving, direct care, home health, behavioral health, or disability services preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background screening
Strong communication and documentation skills
