Job summary

Jobtailor in Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated Family Liaison to coordinate family-focused activities within the Community of Practice System of Care initiative. The role provides technical assistance to bureaus and offices across the Office of Behavioral Health and the DHS, and helps organize family and caregiver involvement.

You will participate in local committees, review cases, and interpret system-level data from a family perspective, drawing on your lived experience and professional skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human services field.
• Personal lived experience raising a child with behavioral health issues.
• Experience with one or more of the human service systems.
• Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Ability to communicate and interact professionally with others.
