Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. is seeking a Quality Support Specialist to coordinate and assist with family support services for center members. You will work with contracted partners and community resources to guide families with school-age children and ensure follow-up.

The role involves developing programming, documenting services, and maintaining confidential records while supporting cross-agency collaboration and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• A minimum of two years’ experience serving families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist service partners or organizations using the facility who serve Center members.
• Assist in development and implementation of family support programming.
• Refer and link families to appropriate programs and community resources as needed.
• Document services, maintain records, complete reports, purchase supplies, input data into a data base system.
• Provide families with referrals and follow-up.
• Coordinate and facilitate Center-driven programming and events.
• Assist families with completion of applications to community services and/or programs.
