Job summary

Blueprints Early Learning seeks a dedicated professional to support its Early Learning programs. You will recruit and enroll eligible children and families, coordinate with the ERSEA and Home Base team, and ensure processes align with program goals.

You will implement the Whole Family Approach, maintain accurate records, and help staff deliver high-quality family services while meeting federal Head Start standards and funding requirements. Travel may be required for regional cooperation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or related field.
• Certification in family services, social work, human services, or related field with minimum two years supervised work with young children and/or parents.

Responsibilities

• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
• Recruit and enroll eligible children and families for the Early Learning programs to meet enrollment and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with ERSEA and Home Base team to ensure family services processes align.
• Implement the Whole Family Approach and Coaching to achieve outcomes for participants and community engagement.
• Establish and implement a family partnership agreement process with participants to review needs, goals, and progress.
• Create welcoming environments where participants feel valued and supported.
• Stay up-to-date about Blueprints and support goal attainment for participants.
• Develop relationships with participants through frequent, quality contact.
• Foster Parent & Family engagement in programs.
• Meet program documentation requirements and regulatory standards.
