Job summary

Blueprints seeks staff to recruit and enroll eligible children and families for its Early Learning programs. You will work with the ERSEA and Home Base team to align family services, and provide weekly home visits using the Parents As Teachers approach.

You will connect families to community resources, support goal attainment, and promote school readiness through culturally responsive practices.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Or a CDA in home visiting with two years of supervised experience with young children/parents.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll eligible children and families for Early Learning programs.
• Provide weekly home visits using Parents As Teachers Curriculum.
• Coordinate with ERSEA and Home Base team to align family services processes.
• Stay up-to-date about Blueprints and community resources to support goals.
