The position requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with two years of experience with vulnerable populations and strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct strengths-based needs assessments with each family on caseload and develop family partnership agreements with participants.
• Provide individualized support including de-escalation, mediation, crisis support, and problem solving.
• Collaborate with local programs to access community resources and support services for participants.
