Through direct services and strong partnerships with schools, community organizations, and public systems, CFP works to reduce barriers, increase safety and stability, and support households in achieving self defined goals that promote long term well being and economic mobility. The Family Stability Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role within SEI’s Family Stability Programs, supporting individuals and families while ensuring the effective coordination and administrative functioning of domestic violence and child welfare services. This position provides trauma informed, culturally responsive direct services grounded in survivor choice, strengths based practice, and cultural specificity, while also serving as a key administrative and coordination hub for the Family Stability team. The Family Stability Administrative Coordinator maintains a small direct service caseload, provides coverage for the domestic violence hotline, and delivers high level administrative support to the Family Stability Programs team. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to move fluidly between participant centered advocacy, crisis response, and complex administrative responsibilities.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIE****S****Direct Services, Advocacy, and Hotline Coverage*** Maintain a direct service caseload of up to five (5) participants, through periods of immediate danger and transitional phases following mediation or resolution.* Deliver trauma informed, culturally responsive services to individuals and households experiencing domestic violence in safety planning, systems navigation, and referrals.* Provide domestic violence hotline coverage, including responding to crisis calls, offering emotional support, safety planning, and connecting callers to internal and external resources.* Support participants and hotline callers through periods of immediate danger, ongoing crisis, and transitional phases following mediation or resolution.* Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation for direct services and hotline contacts in accordance with advocacy privilege and confidentiality laws.**Administrative and Program Support*** Compile, organize, and review documentation required for invoice submission to SEI’s Finance Department for processing to the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS).* Compile, prepare and complete required qualitative and quantitative reports for child welfare and domestic violence contracts in alignment with SEI and funder reporting standards.* Review and assign in house referrals generated through the hotline, internal programs, or community partners.## Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, public administration, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and relevant lived experience may be considered.* Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct advocacy or support services to individuals or families impacted by domestic violence, trauma, or family instability.* Demonstrated ability to provide trauma informed, survivor centered, and strengths based advocacy, including crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals.* Experience responding to crisis situations, including phone based support such as hotline or on call coverage.* Strong understanding of domestic violence dynamics, survivor safety, confidentiality, advocacy privilege, and ethical practice standards.* Demonstrated experience with detailed documentation, including case notes, assessments, and service tracking.* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance direct service responsibilities alongside administrative and coordination duties.* Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and serve as a connector within a fast paced program environment.
