AMIkids Spartanburg region seeks a Family Services Specialist to execute family engagement and psychoeducation for youth entering and leaving the program. You will provide orientation with families and conduct in-home family skills training.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the treatment team, documentation, and adherence to the AMIkids Personal Growth Model. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; Master’s preferred. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, criminal justice or related field.
• Two years of experience with at-risk youth preferred.
• Experience working with families in home environments and providing counseling/psychoeducation is desirable.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home family skills training and assist parents with youth concerns.
• Coordinate family needs, supports, and transition planning in the community and schools.
• Develop partnerships with key individuals and school/community contacts.
• Administer psychoeducation services per AMIkids Personal Growth Model and EBPs.
• Oversee family assessments and treatment plans within guidelines.
• Attend progress meetings and document session notes weekly.
• Participate in meetings and ensure accuracy of records and reports.
• Maintain compliance with treatment plans and complete required trainings.
