Oklahoma Department Of Human Services is seeking a Family Services Specialist I/II in Chickasha, OK. The role supports Adult and Family Services by handling electronic applications and renewals, applying policy, and documenting casework with precision.
Position offers in-person training, a Monday–Friday schedule, potential telework, and a performance-based path to full-time home-based work after an initial 120 days. Driver’s license and insurance required.
This position is located in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
Travel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.
In-person training will be provided.
Days worked will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with varying 8 hour shifts available.
Preference may be given to applicants who are bilingual and/or who are Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO) applicants.

Must attend mandatory in-office training, including JumpSTARt Training located at a regional training facility. (Travel and lodging paid).
This position is designed for telework/work from home; however, the employee will be training in an office setting (in person) for the first 120 days and will be evaluated on performance before working from home full-time. All telework positions are subject to Agency Director approval.
