Job summary

NEMCSA is seeking a Preschool Teaching Assistant in Midland, MI to help create a safe, engaging classroom where children learn and grow for kindergarten readiness.

You will support development across social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical domains, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing training. This is a full-time Head Start position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have AA in early childhood education or child development or equivalent.
• CDA credential is acceptable or preferred.

Requirements

What we will love about you:

• Associate degree (AA) in early childhood education or child development or equivalent; or a valid classroom CDA credential.
• Employees in this position must possess reliable transportation and a valid Michigan driver license.
• Complete TS GOLD Inter-rater Reliability within one year of hire and renew every three years thereafter.
