Job summary

The Childrens Place At Home Safe Inc is seeking a Developmental Consultant to coordinate family services for children birth through age 5 in Palm Beach County. You will screen and assess eligibility, educate parents, and link families with community resources through HB/EA partners.

Work involves field visits, daytime and evening hours, and collaboration with partner agencies. A Bachelor's in Human Services and bilingual English/Spanish are required, with 2+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in child welfare or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required.
• Background check via Clearinghouse required.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening and assessment for children birth through age 5 and families.
• Conduct home visits and community-based services.
• Record appointments, referrals, and activities daily.
• Coordinate with HB/EA and community agencies.
• Provide services with daytime, evening, and weekend flexibility.
