Position Overview:The Developmental Consultant (DC) is responsible for coordinating family services for assigned clients within the Healthy Beginnings system of care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, screening and assessment to determine program eligibility; parental education, system navigation, collaborating with Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency (HB/EA) and community agencies; and providing referrals and linkages to services for families with children ages birth through age 5 within Palm Beach County.
