Bridgewell in Lynn, MA seeks a Family Services Coordinator to coordinate family and recovery services, ensure residence safety, and support staff in delivering services to families served by Bridgewell. The role requires developing care plans, coordinating activities, and maintaining partnerships with local providers.

The position supports residents, oversees intake and orientation, and may require after-hours on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for related field.
• Counseling experience required.
• Minimum five years working with addiction or psychiatric disabilities; three years supervisory/administrative experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop family and child care and support plans based on needs and goals.
• Conduct and update needs assessments to create individualized service plans.
• Organize and document weekly groups for clients using internal and community resources.
• Maintain resources lists and information on local services and transportation.
• Oversee family activities, intake, assessment and orientation of new residents.
• Plan and lead outings and events for residents and families.
• Coordinate onsite events to promote stability and goal attainment.
• Build relationships with providers, communities, families and services.
