Old Colony YMCA is hiring a Clinician to work with families in our Comprehensive Family Services Program in Fall River, MA. The role emphasizes strength-based, empathic care, and collaboration with an Outreach Worker to support children, youth, and parents/caregivers.

The Clinician provides home and community-based services, develops treatment plans, completes assessments, and connects families with resources to improve safety and well-being. Comprehensive training and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services or related field.
• MSW preferred for clinical work.
• Clinical license preferred where applicable.
• Experience working with youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide home and community-based inclusive care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for families.
• Lead assessments to address social-emotional competence and safety.
• Collaborate with Outreach Worker and the care team to support families.
