Job summary

The Clinician at Child & Family Services provides high-quality psychotherapy in outpatient clinics, schools, and community settings in Fall River, MA. The role emphasizes culturally competent, person- and family-centered care and supports urgent behavioral health needs.

This position may be part-time or full-time with required billable outpatient expectations and clinic hours Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or other licensure-eligible program.
• License eligibility for LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or LADC-I.
• Demonstrates cultural competence and commitment to equitable care.
• Eligibility to practice in MA and willingness to work across multiple settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, welcoming, and clean environment for clients and families.
• Perform trauma-informed assessments to identify client needs.
• Conduct individual, couples/family, and group therapy across the lifespan.
• Maintain yearly production expectations based on hours worked.
• Complete billable services within 24 hours of events.
• Coordinate care across health and behavioral health services.
