Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in human services, nonprofit management, workforce development, or related field.
• Three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with program compliance, performance outcomes, case management, or grant-funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight of Family Services programs.
• Monitor program performance and recommend improvements.
• Develop policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate program activities across departments.
