Job summary

DSP Connections in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Care Team Specialist responsible for balancing relationships with County Service Coordinators, clients, families, and DSPs. In-office Monday through Friday 8 am–5 pm; duties include organizing client supports, responding to inquiries, completing intakes, visiting clients at home, and maintaining ongoing communication with families and the Service Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Minimum 1-year experience in the I/DD industry.
• Be cleared through a federal background check.
• Professional demeanor.
• Attend Regular Team Meetings.

Salary: $56,000.00 per year

We are looking for an individual to join our Care Team. This position is primarily responsible for balancing relationships with County Service Coordinators, our clients, Families, and our DSPs.

Responsibilities:

• Checking/responding to emails/calls/texts daily

• Regularly visiting clients/families within their homes
• Ongoing communication with clients/families/Service Coordinator
• Ongoing support to families/Client/DSPs
