• Build Relationships with Families: respond timely, listen actively, tailor solutions, maintain contact for satisfaction.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors, location managers, and cemetery staff to ensure seamless service.
• Must pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
