Compensation is commission-based, with expected earnings between $60,000 and $200,000+ annually, depending on performance. Our counselors provide both pre-need (advance planning) and at-need (immediate) support, educating families about their options while ensuring every detail is handled with care, professionalism, and dignity. Department: Family Services / Pre-Need & At-Need Sales

What You’ll Do

• Educate families about the benefits of pre-planning funeral and cemetery arrangements
• Meet with at-need families (partnering with a licensed funeral director) to assist with service and cemetery selections.
• Conduct follow-up calls, outreach, and relationship building within the community
• Maintain accurate records and manage your sales pipeline
• Represent the funeral home and cemetery with empathy, integrity, and professionalism - Honesty, Integrity, and Service Excellence are at the heart of all we do
• Participate in community events, presentations, and workshops
• Work collaboratively with Family Service, Funeral Directors, Cemetery Grounds, and Leadership Teams
