Responsibilities include creating FSS contracts, connecting participants with resources, and monitoring progress through regular case management meetings, with emphasis on financial literacy and life skills workshops.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management, social services, or community development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with diverse populations.
• Ability to maintain detailed records and manage multiple caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage FSS contracts and action plans for participants.
• Connect participants with community resources, social services, job training, and education opportunities.
• Conduct regular case management meetings to monitor progress toward self-sufficiency goals.
• Coordinate with local agencies, employers, and service providers to expand resources.
• Maintain participant records, escrow accounts, and program documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions on financial literacy, employment readiness, and life skills.
• Ensure program compliance with HUD regulations and reporting requirements.
