You will manage operations and support efforts aligned with RMHC NEO's mission. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, is dependable, and can work with diverse groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise Family Room volunteers and interns.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the Family Room.
• Provide exceptional customer service to families.
