We are looking for a compassionate and resourceful Family Resource Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help support prenatal women and families with newborns by providing assessments, referrals, and short-term support that strengthens families during a vital period of development.
The Family Resource Specialist is responsible for conducting screenings and assessments of prenatal and postnatal families, offering referrals and direct short-term assistance, and facilitating access to services and community resources. This role is based in Hilo and works with birthing hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources.
