Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks an energetic team member to support families dealing with serious mental health disorders.

You will work within a treatment team to assist families in understanding the recovery process and promote resiliency during their recovery journey. Responsibilities include outreach to families in crisis and engaging them with the support and services they need, while collaborating with the CSC/RCC team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

Willingness to share personal recovery experience.
Experience raising/supporting child/dependent youth or family member with a serious mental health disorder.
Ability to work within a team concept.

Responsibilities

Assist families cope with a family member's serious mental health disorder.
Help families understand the recovery process and promote resiliency.
Provide outreach services to families in crisis and engage them with needed support.
Collaborate with team and departments to support individual development.
Contribute to a positive culture of care and commitment for families served.
