• Flexible schedule with variable hours including evenings and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assess family's strengths and needs; use treatment modalities to promote growth and change.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment and discharge plans; arrange alternative placements if needed.
• Deliver case management services; ensure counseling sessions, medical and dental exams are scheduled and documented.
