Job summary

Health Match BC is seeking a family physician to join a busy multi-disciplinary BC clinic offering full-time or part-time full-scope family practice. The position may include a small walk‑in component, and you will set your own schedule with flexible hours in a collegiate MOA‑driven environment.

Virtual and telehealth options are available. Compensation includes a 70/30 billing split, with bi‑monthly FFS or monthly PCN payments.

Qualifications

• Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP) or eligible.
• Full license to practice medicine in BC or eligibility.
• Good standing with BC College of Physicians and Surgeons.
• Provisional license eligible applicants are welcome.
• Hospital privileges will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope family practice with flexible hours.
• Collaborate with MOA and multidisciplinary team for smooth transitions.

Role and Facility Information

As Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator we put patients and their family’s health first. We are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. Our South Surrey clinic is located in an extremely busy shopping complex boasting a large array of tenants such as a London Drugs and Thrifty Foods, restaurants, groceries, banks and other professional and leisure businesses. It is adjacent to new residential developments as well as desirable established neighbourhoods; which makes it an ideal and affordable location to raise a young family in the lower mainland. USA border less than 15km away is an added bonus!

Our location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.

The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. This position can have a small walk-in component. The team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want!

Financials

• Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – 70/30* negotiable
• Bi-Monthly payment (FFS, LFP) or Monthly (PCN)
• The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details

• Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 14 exam rooms and 1 surgical room

Hours

Flexible! The clinic is currently open from Mon to Sun. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic.

As long as adequate notice is given (60 days), we can schedule accordingly.
