Role and Facility Information

We are welcoming longitudinal Family Physicians who are looking to join our practice either full-time, part-time, interested in relocating, or in doing LOCUM shifts, as well as IMG candidates.

We provide access to both virtual and telemedicine appointments and are flexible with schedules for physicians who want to work from home. Physicians can start anytime between 9-5 pm daily. We have an advanced virtual platform and accessible software, including Cortico, integrated with our Oscar/Juno EMR, enabling direct messaging with patients, document sharing, and uploading photos and forms, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Our medical director is always on-site to address concerns immediately or schedule changes. We foster a collaborative team environment, which differs from large corporate clinics.

Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 - 17:00 & Sat 10:00 – 14:00

Payment Model Options: Positions are available under New to Practice (NTP) PCN (salary), Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) contracts, and Fee-for-Service (FFS) contracts.
