Role and Facility Information

We are welcoming longitudinal Family Physicians who are looking to join our practice either full-time, part-time, interested in relocating, or doing LOCUM shifts, including IMG candidates.

We offer virtual and telemedicine appointments, with flexible schedules for physicians who prefer to work from home, starting anytime between 9-5 pm daily. Our platform, Cortico, integrated with Oscar/Juno EMR, allows remote work with features like direct messaging, document sharing, and photo uploads.

Our medical director is on-site for immediate concerns or scheduling changes. We foster a collaborative team environment, differing from large corporate clinics.

Mon-Fri 9:00 - 17:00 & Sat 10:00 – 14:00

Payment Model Options

Positions available under NTP PCN (salary), Longitudinal Family Physician contracts, and Fee-for-Service contracts.
