Role and Facility Information

Terra Nova One Park Medical Clinic is set to open on April 1, 2025, and is seeking a family physician to join their team.

This new clinic is fully equipped with modern technology and EMR integration, enabling efficient and high-quality patient management within a streamlined, innovative practice environment. Located within a beautiful commercial building, it is just one block from the Brighouse Skytrain Station and Richmond Centre. The building features amenities such as a playground, barbeque area, party room, conference room, gym, shower, and underground parking.

The opportunity includes access to a state-of-the-art 3,000 sq. ft. clinic with procedure space, allied health support, and shared amenities like a gym, conference room, and event space. The role offers flexible scheduling, the chance to practice longitudinal family medicine, and access to procedure space and allied health support. Physicians will work in a collaborative, team-based environment with a robust cross-coverage system involving over 80 healthcare providers, promoting a balanced workload and seamless patient care. This clinic supports various practice styles, including full-scope family medicine, procedural work, and special interests.

Clinic Hours: Mon-Sun 8:00 - 17:00

Payment Model Options: Positions are available under New to Practice (NTP) PCN (salary) contracts, Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) contracts, and Fee-for-Service (FFS) contracts.

• Virtual Care On-call obligations (telephone only – very minimal, approximately 2-3 times/year)
