Role and Facility Information

THRIVE MEDICAL CLINIC is recruiting Family Physicians interested in doing LOCUM shifts. We have plenty of overflow patients, and Physicians who plan to work as locums periodically can bill under the LFP model. Dates are flexible for locuming; please contact our office to find out available dates.

We provide access to Virtual and Telemedicine appointments and are flexible with schedules for Physicians who want to work from home, with start times between 9 am and 5 pm daily. Our virtual platform and software, Cortico, integrated with our Oscar/Juno EMR, allow you to message patients, send documents, upload photos, and forms, enabling work from anywhere.

Our medical director is always on-site to address concerns immediately or schedule changes. We foster a collaborative team environment, different from large corporate clinics.

Weekend shifts are 4-5 hours with a high volume of patients.

Mon-Fri 9:00 - 17:00 & Sat 10:00 – 14:00

Billing and Payment Models

Options include the Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Contracts and Fee-for-Service (FFS) Contracts, with an assignment of payment model available.
