Job Location & Responsibilities

• Primary location in Canby, MN, with responsibilities extending to Clear Lake, SD
• Current staff includes 2 Family Medicine physicians and 3 APPs
• Attached to a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Call duties include 1 weekend/month and 1 night during the week
• Surgery outreach and other subspecialties available
• Saturday clinic from 9 am to 12 pm (on-call provider coverage)
• Approximately 80 ER visits per month
• Nursing home and assisted living onsite or connected to the hospital
• Level 4 trauma center emergency department
