Primary Care Physician - Cleveland, OH

COMPENSATION: Salary $250k+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

Transportation is provided to patients at no charge.

Role:

• Compensation: Base $250k
• Bonus: Up to $20k in the first year, increasing as a partner
• Partnership: No buy-in, typically within 12-18 months; 65% become partners after one year
• Patient Load: 18 patients per day
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (last patient at 4:15 pm)
• Work/Life Balance
• Small Patient Panel: Maximum 450 patients
• Administrative time included in schedule
• No nights or weekends
• 100% outpatient
• Support Team: Dedicated MA, scheduler, referral specialist
• Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic conditions
