Market Medical Director (MD)

Location: Cleveland, OH

Description

We are a new, innovative healthcare provider dedicated to improving our patients' lives. We deliver top-quality care at accessible neighborhood clinics where patients feel at home and become part of a vibrant, wellness-focused community. Our services include transportation options like Uber/Lyft, and activities such as exercise and art to promote better health, all at no cost to patients.

Role:

• Compensation: Base salary $280,000-$300,000 plus 25% bonus, total possible compensation up to $375,000
• Start Date: Preferred in April/May 2025, with the possibility to start 2 months prior to market opening
• Responsibilities: Oversee clinical operations across 3-5 clinics depending on the market, participate in opening new clinics, see patients as needed, and eventually focus on administrative oversight. Collaborate with VP of operations and lead the medical team.
• Growth Opportunities: Potential for advancement as the company expands

Benefits:

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in IM or FM; Geriatrics certification a plus
