• Base Compensation: $275,000
• $20,000 Non-Productivity Bonus
• $50,000 + Sign-On Bonus
• 248 Hours of PTO
• Up to $100,000 in Student Loan Repayment
• Moving stipend - $10,000
• Residency Stipend
• $5,000 CME Stipend annually
