Qualifications

  • Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
  • Experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) preferred.

Job description

About Us:

We operate out of two clinic sites, providing comprehensive healthcare services primarily to Medicaid patients. Established in 1972, we are a vital community resource dedicated to providing high-quality, mission-driven care. We seek dedicated Primary Care Providers experienced in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to join our team and deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages!

Practice Setting & Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care at multiple clinic sites, including rural locations
    • Very low patient volume
  • Conduct consultations, exams, and diagnoses, and manage chronic illnesses
  • Participate in monthly meetings and quality improvement initiatives
  • Use Athena 1 EMR efficiently (training provided if needed)

Requirements:

  • Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Available to work four or 4 days a week, with optional Sick Baby Call hours
  • Willing to participate in shared call schedule, including telephonic and paid hospital pediatric calls

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive $270,000 TO 280,000 base salary with potential for bonus incentives
