Key Details:

• Outpatient-focused schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
• 20-22 patients daily with 30-minute new visits and 15-minute follow-ups
• Light 1:11 call schedule (phone consults only, no in-person call)
• Dedicated clinical support team including experienced APPs and 1.5 MAs per physician
• On-site amenities: procedure suites, X-ray, lab services, and pharmacy

• Total compensation target of $280,000-$300,000 with production incentives
