Job description

We are hiring a permanent Family Medicine Physician for full time coverage to join an established practice based in a renovated office space !

Job details:

• Start: As soon as credentialled
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 pm (with some occasional extended hours). There is a shared call rotation (no weekends).
• ACO clinical wraparound support services
• Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family. Provider will be seeing all ages.
  
• The practice has full medical and administrative support including on site laboratory services
• Patients a day: 15 - 22
• EMR: EPIC

Job Requirements:

• Board Certification: FM, IM
• PA license (or willing to obtain)
• DEA (or willing to obtain)
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• Clean Malpractice
• Accepting TRULY BE new graduate candidates within 5 years of eligibility
• Not accepting candidates who have lapsed BC and need to obtain again
