• Group has 12 Physicians and 22 total APP's
• Founded in 2005 with about 50 employees
• Great stability and well established group. Physicians and admin have been with this group for over 20 years.
• Highly flexible schedule and independence.

About the Role:

• Family Medicine Physician
• Location: Parkville, Maryland area (20mins from Baltimore)
• Schedule: M-F - Hours very flexible. Set your own hours.
• Physician will pick 2 of the 3 following settings - Inpatient Hospital, Skilled Nursing, Primary Care Clinic
• Physician will split their day between the 2 settings they have selected
• Typical Daily Volume: 22 Patients
• Flexible Schedule: Can start earlier/later in the morning or work longer days to have half day Friday's.
• Physician will work 1 weekend per month. Zero call on evenings or weekends.
• 2-3 facilities on a rotation. All are within 30 minutes of each other.
• Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the community
• Covering follow ups, evaluations, new admissions, sick visits, etc
• Visa Sponsorship if needed - J1 or H1B
