Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity in Baltimore, MD

We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician for a traditional practice in Baltimore, MD, working with a team of 5 physicians.

Compensation and Benefits

• First-year guaranteed base salary of $220K + bonus (seeing 18-20 patients per day)
• Opportunity to transition to a productivity-based model earning between $350K-$500K (seeing approximately 35 patients in nursing homes)

Work Schedule and Responsibilities

1. Two weeks per 2 months at a hospital doing inpatient work (10-15 patients/day)
2. Remaining 6 weeks within the 2 months working in nursing homes and clinics
3. Clinic one day per week
4. In nursing homes, see 3-4 patients per hour, with patient notes completed from home
5. Call schedule: 1 in 4

Patient Mix

The payer mix includes HMOs, Medicare, Medicaid, and BC/BS.
