Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Family Practice license; OB experience preferred.
• DEA license or eligibility to apply.
• Clinic experience including electronic medical records preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit medical history and perform physical examinations; document in EMR.
• Provide care for obstetric patients from prenatal through delivery and postpartum.
• Assess and manage patients of all ages with acute or chronic illness.
• Prescribe medications and administer injections or immunizations as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and monitor treatment plans with healthcare facilities.
