Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster, WI, seeks a Clinic Family Practice Physician for a full-time salaried position in our community clinic. You will assess, diagnose and manage patient care across all ages, with emphasis on wellness and preventative services, while documenting in EPIC and coordinating with the care team.

The role requires current Wisconsin Family Practice licensure and a DEA license or eligibility, with prior clinic experience preferred.

Qualifications

Current Wisconsin Family Practice license; DEA license or be eligible to apply.
Experience in a Clinic setting including electronic medical records experience preferred.
EPIC experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Responsibilities

Elicit a personal medical history; perform physical examinations and record data in EMR.
Assess and manage problems for patients of all ages with acute or chronic illness.
Administer or prescribe medications as needed.
Provide patient care and seek physician intervention when necessary.
Perform routine diagnostic studies as needed.
Educate patients to promote health and self-care skills.
Assist in delivery of services by reviewing treatment plans.
Document patient information in EPIC.
