Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster, Wisconsin, is seeking a Family Medicine - Obstetrics physician for a four-day work week with full-scope FM/OB, including C-sections. C-section proctoring is available and there is no emergency department coverage requirement.

The team supports diverse interests (hospitalist work, women’s health, geriatrics, leadership) with EPIC EMR and a newly renovated birthing center.

The Opportunity

• 4-day work week
• Full-scope Family Medicine with Obstetrics and C-sections
• C-section proctoring available
• No emergency department coverage required
• 130 deliveries annually - Shared maternity care model
• EPIC EMR
• Specialty interests supported, including hospitalist work, women's health, geriatrics/nursing home rounds, leadership, and more
• Team of 4 Family Medicine OB physicians, 3 Family Medicine physicians, and 6 APPs
• Newly renovated birthing center
• J-1 and H-1B visa
• HPSA score: 15 & PSLF-eligible
• Open to experienced physicians as well as 2027 and 2028 residents and fellows

Compensation & Benefits

• Total recruitment package of $694,000
• Base salary plus call compensation totaling $443,000
• $200,000 sign-on bonus
• Residency/Fellowship stipend available
• PTO, CME allowance, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and 5.5% retirement match
