Job summary

Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster, Wisconsin, is seeking a physician for a 4-day work week to join a Family Medicine with Obstetrics team. The practice includes 130 deliveries annually in a shared maternity model with a four-physician FM-OB group, three FM physicians, and six APPs, using EPIC EMR.

Open to experienced physicians and 2027/2028 residents; J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available; newly renovated birthing center.

• Full-scope Family Medicine with Obstetrics and C-sections included.
• C-section proctoring available.
• No emergency department coverage required.
• EPIC EMR used for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope Family Medicine with Obstetrics care including deliveries.
• Collaborate with a team of FM-OB physicians, FM physicians, and APPs.
• Participate in shared maternity care model and oversee deliveries.

The Opportunity

Compensation & Benefits

• Total recruitment package of $694,000
• Base salary plus call compensation totaling $443,000
• $200,000 sign-on bonus
