Job Summary

The Physician provides direct clinical treatment services to patients, ensuring they receive the care necessary to address their medical concerns. The Physician works constructively and collaboratively with other health professionals and focuses on attaining high standards of healthcare within their specialty.

Responsibilities

• Join a multi‑specialty outpatient clinic equipped with onsite pharmacy, imaging, and lab services.
• Collaborate with 1 Family Medicine provider, 1 Internal Medicine provider, 5 Advanced Practice Providers, 4 Pediatricians, 1 Clinical Psychologist, 5 LCSWs, and 4 PMHNPs.
• Clinic schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm; 4.5‑hour work week with 0.5hour administrative time.
• Coordinate care with subspecialties including Cardiology, Medical Oncology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Vascular Surgery.
• Average 17‑21 patient visits per day.
• Use Epic electronic medical record system.

Requirements

• Doctorate (MD or DO) required.
• Successfully completed an accredited residency program.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
• Medical license in the State of Missouri.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Controlled Substance license for Missouri and Federal DEA.
• Maintain active medical privileges and professional memberships.
